Nice piece on one of my favorite summer jams. The hype sticker on my '74 pressing of the Sun Goddess LP promotes "Hot Dawgit," with no mention of the monster title track.
Yep. One of those hits that happened because of people's relationship with local radio. One of the cool things about that time.
